Qualifications

• Experience in emergency nursing and fast-paced ED environments.
• Experience supervising junior staff and mentoring students.
• Awareness of paediatric care standards and A&E guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing across the Children’s ED and Paediatrics each shift.
• Provide strong clinical leadership and evidence-based care.
• Support paediatric patient flow and collaborative teamwork.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff and students.
