Job summary

Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd seeks a Clinical Registered Manager to lead a CQC-registered complex care service across Sussex, with expansion into Surrey. You will oversee paediatric and adult complex care packages, drive growth through referrals and tenders, and lead a multidisciplinary team including Clinical Leads and Care Coordinators.

You will hold clinical governance responsibilities, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster relationships with commissioners and healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• NMC-registered nurse with active registration.
• Experience in community complex care, including paediatric.
• Strong clinical leadership or management experience.
• Good understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, clinical governance and quality frameworks.
• Commercially aware with experience contributing to service growth/referrals/tenders.

Responsibilities

• Hold operational and managerial responsibility for the CQC-registered complex care service, ensuring safe, compliant, high-quality care.
• Provide leadership across paediatric and adult complex care packages within the community.
• Lead and support Clinical Leads, Nurse Case Managers and Care Coordinators.
• Maintain standards across clinical governance, safeguarding, quality, risk management and CQC compliance.
• Oversee mobilisation and ongoing management of complex care packages.
• Drive service growth through new referrals, tenders and business development opportunities.
• Build relationships with NHS ICBs, commissioners, local authorities and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with Recruitment and Business Development to support branch growth.
