Job summary

Superior Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Children’s Complex Care Support Worker to provide one-to-one care for a 6-year-old client in Benenden, Benenden, Kent. The role involves home-based complex care, working nights, and collaborating with a nurse-led clinical team to deliver compassionate, tailored care.

You will support clinical and daily living needs, build strong family relationships, and promote wellbeing and independence in a home setting. DBS checks and references are required.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months care experience.
Experience supporting paediatric clients.
Full UK manual driving license.
Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

To show the client dignity and respect at all times.
To regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person-centred care is provided.
To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
To be fun, friendly and engaging with the client around their interests and hobbies.
To closely observe and monitor the client and keep thorough documentation.
