City & County Healthcare Group is seeking a Paediatric Nurse to deliver high-quality care to children with complex needs in the community. You will work closely with families and the multidisciplinary team (MDT), with supervision from the paediatric complex community nurses.

The role focuses on holistic, family-centered care, ensuring safe, effective support at home and in clients’ communities across Wales. NMC registration is essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with paediatric experience.
• Experience working in community/household settings is desirable.
• Able to work with a multidisciplinary team (MDT) and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-standard nursing care to children in the community with complex needs.
• Work closely with families and MDT under oversight from paediatric complex community nurses.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate care plans for each child.
