Responsibilities

  • Undertake initial holistic nursing assessments with client and family.
  • Develop individualised care plans with client and family and other healthcare professionals.
  • Lead investigations into clinical incidents and ensure thorough documentation.
  • Provide staff training, mentorship and supervision to improve clinical practice.

We’re looking for a PaediatricClinical Leadto join our team and manage a caseload of paediatric packages.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Undertake initial holistic nursing assessments in partnership with the client, their family and the care team.
  • Develop individualised care plans in partnership with the client, their family and other healthcare professionals. Effectivelycommunicate with staff on the clinical condition/diagnosis and treatment/discharge plans of clients and ensure accurate records are maintained by staff.
  • Identify and manage risks as part of care provision and lead the investigation and resolution of clinical incidents, ensuring timely and thorough documentation.
  • Support staff by delivering client-specific clinical training, mentorship and supervision by providing feedback,conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional development.
