Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home, part of Acacium Group, is seeking a Paediatric Clinical Lead to manage paediatric packages on a field-based basis with Reading as the hub and frequent travel to surrounding areas.

You will undertake holistic nursing assessments, develop care plans in partnership with families and other health professionals, and identify risks while ensuring accurate records. Leadership and training of staff are key components.

Qualifications

Paediatric nursing degree with active NMC pin.
Experience in complex/critical care incl. tracheostomy and ventilation.
Experience managing clinical teams.
Experience in a community setting.

Responsibilities

Undertake initial holistic nursing assessments with client/family and care team.
Develop individualised care plans with client, family and healthcare professionals.
Identify and manage risks; lead investigation and documentation of clinical incidents.
Support staff with clinical training, mentorship, performance reviews and professional development.
Contribute to delivering high-quality care that makes a difference.
