Job summary

HFH Healthcare Limited is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support a 7-month-old baby with complex healthcare needs at the family home in Crawley. The role is offered on a full-time or part-time basis with 10-hour night shifts, paid at £12.71–£16.00 per hour, and a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and attentive Healthcare Assistants to support a 7 month year old baby with complex healthcare needs in their family home.

She loves to be cuddled and comforted, loves to have stories read to her and enjoys the warmth of someone who will engage with her and talk to her as well.

Both us and the family want to help her achieve memorable interactions, enjoy meaningful play and help work towards supporting with her learning and development.

Earnings

Many of our carers work around 36 hours per week, typically earning £500–£555 per week*.

This equates to an estimated annual income of £26,200–£28,950* depending on shift patterns and hours worked.
