Job summary

HFH Healthcare Limited is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support a 7-month-old baby with complex needs at the family home in Crawley. You will provide person-centred care, assist with daily routines and personal care, and work within a supportive team to maintain a safe environment.

The role offers PAYE employment, enhanced weekend rates, paid leave, a pension scheme, and ongoing training. Flexible scheduling is possible to fit around commitments.

Qualifications

Location: Crawley

Pay: £12.71–£16.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time and Part-time available
Shifts: 10-hour night shifts
Minimum commitment: 20 hours per week

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and attentive Healthcare Assistants to support a 7 month year old baby with complex healthcare needs in their family home.

She loves to be cuddled and comforted, loves to have stories read to her and enjoys the warmth of someone who will engage with her and talk to her as well.

Both us and the family want to help her achieve memorable interactions, enjoy meaningful play and help work towards supporting with her learning and development.

About You

Previous care experience is desirable, although candidates with transferable experience in childcare, nursery settings, education support, healthcare, or support work are encouraged to apply.

Earnings

Many of our carers work around 36 hours per week, typically earning £500–£555 per week*.

This equates to an estimated annual income of £26,200–£28,950* depending on shift patterns and hours worked.
