Job summary

Let'S Go Padel Limited in Belfast is seeking a part-time Padel Assistant / Reception to warmly welcome members and guests, process enrolments, verify memberships, check-in players, and assist with court bookings and payments.

You will help organise coaching sessions and events, provide information on availability, and support membership renewals while delivering friendly, professional service across day, evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Basic computer skills for reservations and admin tasks.
• Knowledge of Padel rules is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests on arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the reception and facility cleanliness.
• Provide information on events, lessons and court availability.
• Handle customer inquiries and membership questions.
• Assist in booking Padel court reservations and renewals.
• Maintain an organised reservation and membership system.
