Job summary

Slazenger Padel Club is seeking an enthusiastic Padell Coach to deliver high‑quality coaching for players of varying abilities at our facility in the UK.

The successful candidate will plan and run sessions, assess skill levels, and design programmes to improve technique, tactics and fitness while promoting a positive, inclusive environment. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are expected to support club events and junior development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a padel coach.
• Strong knowledge of padel techniques, tactics and rules.
• Ability to communicate effectively with players of all ages.
• Passionate about padel and committed to player development.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver individual and group coaching sessions tailored to players' needs.
