Job summary

Slazenger Padel Clubs in Leeds are seeking a passionate Padel Coach to deliver high-quality coaching for adults and juniors, develop player pathways from beginner to advanced levels, and foster an engaging club atmosphere.

You'll lead individual and group sessions, support club events and tournaments, promote coaching programmes to maximise participation, maintain facilities to a high standard, and contribute to membership growth through outstanding service and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Recognised Padel Coaching Qualification (LTA equivalent).
• Experience delivering coaching sessions to players of varying abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for coaching, player development, and padel.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional coaching sessions for adults and juniors.
• Develop structured player pathways from beginner to advanced levels.
• Support members in achieving their personal padel goals.
• Deliver coaching in line with Slazenger Padel Club standards.
• Organise and deliver coaching clinics, social sessions, leagues and tournaments.
• Promote coaching packages, courses and club programmes.
• Assist with member engagement and retention through excellent service.
