Velocity Padel in Wigan is seeking a Club Manager to oversee day-to-day club operations, drive guest experience and manage events. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, coordinating high-level events and ensuring smooth F&B and retail operations.

The successful candidate will lead staff, coordinate facilities, and implement strategies to attract members and guests while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment at Velocity Padel in Wigan.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Service Excellence - Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with inquiries, bookings, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Player Experience - Help develop strategies to attract and retain customers, creating a strong sense of community and loyalty, overseeing player services.
• Operational Support - Manage day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, inventory management and facility maintenance.
• Event Co-Ordination - Plan and operate events, tournaments and promotions to drive engagement within the padel community.
• Food & Beverage Operations - Oversee F&B and retail operations, ensuring quality products and services for players and guests.
• Staff Training and Development - Train staff and ensure compliance with policies.
• Health & Safety Compliance - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe environment.
• Site Maintenance - Oversee maintenance and cleaning to keep facilities presentable.
