Slazenger Padel Clubs is seeking a General Club Manager to lead a busy padel facility in the UK. You will drive operational excellence, grow memberships, maintain health and safety standards, and optimise financial performance while delivering an exceptional member and guest experience.

You will manage a team, optimise court occupancy and events, and build strong community partnerships to support growth and retention.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing a leisure, fitness, hospitality, sports or membership-based business.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial understanding.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ability to analyse performance data and implement improvement plans.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the club.
• Ensure all operational checklists are completed and standards met.
• Maintain facility standards across courts, reception, hospitality and external spaces.
• Oversee supplier relationships and service contracts.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities remain safe and fully operational.
• Deliver club revenue, membership and profitability targets.
• Drive membership sales, retention and ancillary revenue opportunities.
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a positive culture.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and community engagement.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance policies are followed.
