Job summary

Salt is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support medical imaging integration and transformation, with a strong focus on PACS, RIS, DICOM and HL7. The role will work closely with radiology, clinical, technical, integration and supplier teams to understand existing imaging workflows, define requirements and support the design and delivery of reliable imaging integrations.

• Experience as a BA in healthcare or medical imaging.
• Hands-on knowledge of PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7 integrations.
• Ability to translate clinical and technical requirements into specifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyse PACS/RIS workflows and document end-to-end processes.
• Define integration requirements across RIS, PACS, VNA, and viewing tools.
• Produce interface specs, data mappings, AE Title/IP/port matrices.
• Support testing, UAT, cutover, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with radiology, IT and vendor teams to resolve issues.
