Job summary

ALPLA UK LIMITED is seeking Packing Team Members at our Golborne site near Warrington to join a 24/7 production team. The role involves packing on busy lines, adhering to health and safety standards and communicating effectively with colleagues.

The position is full-time and permanent, offering £29,250 per annum plus benefits, with 4 on 4 off shifts, including 12-hour day and night rotations. We provide full training, free uniform and PPE, parking on site, a company pension, subsidised canteen

Packing Team Members - £29,250 Per Annum + Benefits (Full time, Permanent)

At ALPLA, we stand for high-quality plastic packaging throughout the world. Around 22,000 colleagues produce quality packaging for foodstuffs, cosmetics and industrial cleaning brands for many blue chip clients across 182 ALPLA sites in 46 countries.

At our Golborne site WA 3 3JD (5 mins from the J22 or J23 M6) based on the East Lancs Road, we employ over 270 colleagues' who produce a number of packaging solutions on a 24/7 basis for major international customers.

The successful candidates will join an established team of Packing Operatives covering a number of 24/7 machines. You will have previous or current experience working in a very busy manufacturing environment; you will need to be H&S aware and an excellent communicator.

Working as a Packing Team Member: -

Experience

• Previous packing experience in fast paced manufacturing environment would be advantageous
• Some FMCG industry awareness of housekeeping and hygiene standards
• Good Health and Safety awareness
