Geary's Bakeries Ltd in Glenfield, Leicestershire, is seeking a Packing Team Leader for the night shift to oversee packaging operations and ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety standards.

You will lead a busy team, monitor daily plans, and report on performance while working a 4-on/3-off night schedule (7pm–7am) with a night uplift. A strong background in food manufacturing and leadership is required.

Responsabilidades

Packing Team Leader - NIGHT SHIFT

Shift: 4/7

Sunday - Wednesday

OR

Wednesday - Saturday

Hours: NIGHT SHIFT 7PM-7AM

Location: Geary's Bakeries Ltd | Glenfield | LE3 8JR

Rate: £14.94ph + £1ph for Nights, 10pm-4am

The Role

• Driving a strong, non-compromising Health and Safety culture
• Adhering to a daily plan and communicating a daily shift report to the wider business
• Ensuring the Finishing Operatives adhere to all processes and controls, including Health and Safety and Food Safety measures
• Ensuring all machinery and equipment is safe to use and any damage is reported promptly

You'll be moving around a busy bakery, carrying out manual and non-manual tasks, which may be physically demanding at times.
