Vale seeks a Team Leader to drive the Product Packing and Shipping Department. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will lead by example, energise the team and maintain high safety and quality standards in a busy operation.

You will champion continuous improvement, adapt to changing demands, and build strong cross-functional relationships. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role based in Swansea.
