Job summary

Cranswick PLC is seeking an Area Leader for the Packing team at Sutton Fields, Hull. You will have full accountability for line and area operations, manage staffing, compliance, GMP, quality and yield, and lead a team to sustained improvements.

You will report on KPIs, support audits, and contribute to strategic events while developing your team and ensuring targets are met. The role is based on-site in Hull with opportunities for development.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all line and area operations as directed by your manager.
• Manage budgeted staffing levels, compliance, plan attainment, GMP, product quality and yield control.
• Lead, coach and develop your team to drive improvements against targets.
• Report KPIs and support customer audits and queries as required.
• Drive involvement in strategic events and promotional activities as needed.
