Established in 1965, Ski Bartlett is one of the UK's most popular independent ski shops, with over 50 years of experience. We pride ourselves on our high standards, excellent customer service and the quality of our products. Over the years we have expanded our retail space to house a vast selection of ski products and our online presents is going from strength to strength.

Ski Bartlett is recruiting for the coming season and beyond.

We are a large, independent ski specialist based in Hillingdon, Middlesex (UB10 0NP), serving customers from across London, the Home Counties and well beyond. Our location gives us excellent access to the motorway network and London airports, and our reputation means customers regularly travel considerable distances to visit us.

We have a large and extremely busy boot fitting department, a well-equipped workshop and a busy retail and mail-order operation. We are now looking for enthusiastic, experienced and reliable people to join our team as we reorganise and strengthen the business.

PACKING ROOM / MAIL ORDER

We are looking for a full-time member of staff to take responsibility for our busy packing and mail-order operation.

The role includes:

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Preparing parcels for dispatch
• Answering order-related emails
• Liaising with courier companies
• Dealing with customer queries
• Helping with the morning picking operation
• Processing returns

Everyone in the business helps with picking first thing in the morning, so this is very much a team environment.

Our current member of staff is leaving in September/October, so ideally we would like some overlap to allow a proper handover and training period.
