Job summary

HRGO Recruitment are seeking 4 x reliable Day Shift Packing and Process Operatives for a leading food production site in Bishop's Stortford. Fixed days on a 4 on/4 off basis over week including weekends, 7:00 to 19:00.

You'll work in a modern factory environment, packing high-quality products. Training will be provided; food production experience is a plus, and there may be opportunities for temporary-to-permanent transfer.

Qualifications

• Food production experience preferred; training will be given.
• Ability to handle ingredients and manual handling tasks.
• Experience with operating production/packing machinery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle ingredients and materials, with some lifting.
• Operate production and packing machinery safely.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
• Communicate line production and report process improvements.
