HRGO Recruitment are seeking 4 x reliable Day Shift Packing and Process Operatives for a leading food production site in Bishop's Stortford. The role operates on a fixed 4 on/4 off schedule with 12-hour days from 07:00 to 19:00, including weekends. Training will be provided to develop expertise in packing and process operations.

Responsibilities

• Handling ingredients and materials (some lifting/manual handling)
• Operating production and packing machinery safely
• Maintaining safety and quality standards
• Managing clean, efficient shift handovers
• Communicating line production and reporting improvements
