As a Packaging and Process Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering best-in-class packaging solutions and process improvements that drive our product quality and customer satisfaction.

The Opportunity

In this hands-on, cross-functional role, you'll act as the key link between Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams-overseeing new packaging development, continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, and ensuring right-first-time launches.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end development and testing of new packaging concepts-ensuring feasibility, sustainability, and alignment to commercial objectives.
• Partner with Marketing to develop packaging briefs and with Operations to define running guidelines.
• Deliver packaging trials and analyse existing processes to identify cost-saving or quality-enhancing opportunities.
• Own the implementation process-leading feasibility reviews, managing site communications, and ensuring timely launches.
• Be the go-to expert on packaging and process updates across the business.
• Ensure packaging meets food safety, legal, and labelling standards, and supports operational delivery and margin targets.

What You'll Bring

• A qualification in Packaging Technology or equivalent.
• Proven experience in packaging development and process improvement within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety, labelling legislation, and HACCP.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
