Job summary

GA Pet Food is seeking candidates for a shift-based role involving a rotating four-week pattern with day and night shifts and a weekly off period. The role emphasises achieving OEE, quality, and adherence to changeover standards within a strong health & safety framework.

Candidates should be able to coach others, maintain a clean, organized workspace, and contribute to a positive team environment while supporting other departments as needed.

Job description

You will work on the rotating 4-week/28-day DuPont pattern: 14 shifts in every 28-day period, a combination of 12-hour day & night shifts, with 1 full week off every 4 weeks.
Week 1: 4-night shifts > Week 2: 3-day shifts & 3-night shifts > Week 3: 4-day shifts > Week 4: OFF
The holiday rate of pay is paid at a fixed amount of 5.1 hours per week, every week, throughout the year, even on ‘non-working rest weeks’. You will also receive 6 unpaid holidays that you can book and take during the holiday year. The unpaid days are lost if not taken.
