Job summary

The Oxford Health Company in Oxfordshire is seeking a Packing Operative to join a fast-paced, high-performing team responsible for packing nutraceuticals into sachets, packets and pots. You will follow strict packing and quality standards to ensure accuracy and on-time distribution.

You will handle powders, capsules and tablets, carry out quality checks, complete records, keep areas GMP compliant and contribute to daily packing targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in packing, warehouse, production or manufacturing is helpful (full training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to follow instructions and work consistently within set processes.
• Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and handle repetitive packing tasks.
• Reliable, motivated and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Pack powders, capsules and tablets into sachets, packets and pots accurately and efficiently.
• Follow packing and quality standards at all times.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure packed products meet required standards.
• Complete packing records and documentation accurately.
• Keep work areas clean, organised and GMP compliant.
• Help maintain efficiency and achieve daily packing targets.
• Work as part of a high-volume, target-driven team to meet customer deadlines.

What will you do?
