Job summary

Workforce Staffing Ltd in Malvern is seeking a Packing Operative / Production Operative for temporary ongoing work. Pay rate is £12.71 per hour, with hours from Monday to Thursday 7:00am-4:30pm and Friday 7:00am-12:30pm. The role involves hands-on assembly, packing and finishing packaging products.

The ideal candidate will have practical, neat work habits, good hand dexterity and the ability to follow detailed instructions while meeting production targets in a busy environment.

• Previous packing or production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assembling and preparing bespoke packaging and boxes.
• Folding, gluing and labelling boxes and packaging products.
• Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch.
• Carefully checking products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Working to production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Following detailed instructions and working methodically.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Supporting continuous improvement and general production activities.

The Role:

• Assembling and preparing bespoke packaging and boxes
