Job summary

Staffline is recruiting a Picker/Packer to work in a fixed day-shift environment in Northwich. The role involves picking fresh products in a chilled area (2–3 degrees) using the JDA system and pump truck, with some lifting and significant walking. Training is provided, and you may work toward a temp-to-perm progression.

Applicants must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. English communication is required to pass the on-site H&S/F&S and JDA training.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Able to work fixed day shifts and weekends.
• Must communicate in English and pass on-site H&S/F&S/JDA training.

Staffline is recruiting Picker/Packer to work in

The rate of pay is:

• 0-12 weeks:
• £12.71 per hour
• 6am to 2pm £15.94 per hour
• 2pm to 10pm £17.53 per hour

This is a full-time role working fixed day shifts, the hours of work are:

• 6am to 2pm
• 2pm to 10pm

Applicants will need to be available to work every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Due to the shift patterns, this job is not suitable for students.

Your Time at Work

As a Picker/Packer your duties will include picking fresh products in a chilled area (2-3 degrees) while using the JDA system and pump truck.

There will be some lifting (not heavy lifting) and a lot of walking involved in this role.

Our perfect worker will be able to work as part of a team and be flexible. You must be happy to work towards targets and deadlines.

Applicants will need to be able to communicate in English as you will need to pass H&S/F&S onsite and also JDA training.

No previous experience is necessary as a Picker/Packer as full training is provided.
