Job Title: Packing Operative

Kinetic Recruitment is currently recruiting Packing Operatives within Ashton Under Lyne. The ideal candidate must possess the following:

• Excellent communication skills - written and oral
• Ability to complete Health and Safety forms prior to start
• Ability to pack and lift boxes
• Means to commute to Ashton Under Lyne for 5:40 am start

As a food production company, we prioritize health and safety and require staff who adhere to these standards daily. Responsibilities include:

• Packing finished food into boxes
• Picking food from the line and packing
• Lifting and shifting boxes
• Quality checking
• Loading and palletizing
• Working within a busy team

Candidates must have:

• Ability to read health and safety notices
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment
