Job summary

Zayo Europe seeks a technically strong Packet Product Architect to shape and scale our packet portfolio. You’ll lead cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering and Operations, translating strategy into scalable, operational capabilities with a focus on standardisation, cost optimisation and reliability.

Responsibilities include roadmap input, architectural design, release readiness, and training Operations teams on new technologies while maintaining alignment with Zayo’s engineering

Qualifications

Strong understanding of packet networking, IP services, routing, peering, Ethernet, DIA, IP Transit, VPN.

Responsibilities

Shape packet product roadmap with Commercial Product Manager.
Deliver roadmap releases with architecture alignment and onboarding.
Drive adoption of new technologies to improve performance and cost efficiency.
Design network architecture for expansion, resilience and cost-effective delivery.
Own product cost base and identify optimisation opportunities.
Maintain product standards, playbooks, and delivery procedures.
Lead standardisation across Operations and Engineering teams.
