Job summary

Gu in Bishop's Stortford is seeking a Packaging Technologist to join our team and bring packaging concepts to life from design through to production. You will partner with Marketing, Operations, suppliers and production teams to deliver packaging that looks great and performs reliably.

You will lead end-to-end packaging development, drive innovation, improve quality and cost, troubleshoot packaging challenges and ensure compliance, safety and packaging standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a packaging role within the food industry.
• Degree in Packaging, Packaging Design or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of packaging processes, printing and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident communicator with real passion for packaging innovation.
• Energetic, collaborative, curious and commercially minded.

Responsibilities
