Job summary

Greencore Desserts in Devizes is seeking a Packaging Technologist to support development and manufacturing process functions in a fast-paced environment. You will manage artwork timelines, source packaging, and ensure on-time launches.

The role requires basic numeracy, fluent English, and experience in FMCG packaging. The job offers a hybrid working pattern (4 days on site, 1 day from home) with pension, life cover and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear communication skills.
• Basic numeracy and literacy required.
• Experience in FMCG packaging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage artwork-critical path and coordinate sign-offs.
• Source concept packaging to meet briefs and ensure fit for purpose.
• Ensure packaging and tooling availability for pre-prod and launch.
• Coordinate with Process Team on product trials and pre-productions.
• Maintain compliance and drive safety and environmental improvements.
• Document packaging specs and back-of-pack information.
