SUCCESS TALENT is seeking a Beauty Packaging Assistant to join a fast-growing beauty powerhouse. You will assist with new packaging development, artwork checks, and sustainability initiatives, supporting trend-led, high-quality packaging for major retailers.

The role emphasizes detail, data management, and technical briefing, with exposure to materials, finishes, and compliance documentation. 3–5 years in packaging or product development is ideal.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in packaging or product development.
• Passionate about beauty, packaging, sustainability and trends.
• Detail driven and able to quickly grasp technical information.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and managing spec data.

Responsibilities

• New packaging development - sourcing components, supporting innovation projects, and managing colour standards & print proofs
• Artwork checking & approvals - ensuring accuracy against cutter guides, specs and sustainability requirements
• Sustainability initiatives - contributing to material reduction, recyclability improvements and PCR usage
• Trend research - exploring new materials, print finishes and construction techniques
• Technical briefing & documentation - preparing detailed specs, testing requirements and compliance documentation
• Data management - maintaining packaging specs, drawings, artwork approvals and waste records
