About The Role

The Packaging Technician is responsible for delivering packaging for NPD rollouts and EPD updates across multiple markets. You may also manage simple technical projects supporting validation of Capex or new formats. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement packaging solutions for NPD projects and EPD, supporting continuous improvement, process simplification, and delivery of in-year plans.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure RFT delivery of packaging documentation, including artwork checks and technical approvals.
• Manage BOMs, packing assembly methods, and pallet plans.
• Navigate packaging systems and properly file product documentation.
• Manage and deliver assigned projects on time.

Packaging team member

• Actively participate in team discussions, sharing ideas and supporting overall plan delivery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for packaging processes and procedures.

The experience we're looking for

• Knowledge of packing line equipment.
• Understanding of packaging requirements for assigned markets, including regulatory, supply chain, and brand standards.
• Knowledge of packaging components and their manufacturing processes.
