Job summary
An exciting opportunity for a Lead Pharmacy Technician in the Controlled Drugs Room has become available on a 9-month secondment as the current post holder is going on Maternity Leave. This is an exciting role for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to develop their skills and learn more about this area of Pharmacy.
Joining a group of Lead Technicians, this role supports the Chief Technicians in ensuring we deliver a safe and high-quality Pharmacy service. Working within the Lead Technician group this role will manage the day-to-day coordination of the controlled drug room to ensure a timely and accurate top up service.
This role is a great opportunity to develop leadership and organisational skills within a busy acute hospital Pharmacy setting.
