Beavertown Brewery in Enfield is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to lead our packaging team on a demanding shift. You will manage operators, drive performance, and ensure the lines deliver high quality cans and kegs on schedule.

You will be a hands-on leader, focusing on safety, training, and continuous improvement across the packaging operation while collaborating with other departments to hit production targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and troubleshooting on the shop floor.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, GMP and quality control practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Packaging Operators to build a high-performing team.
• Manage training, rotas, attendance and performance.
• Ensure packaging lines meet production plans and quality standards.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operating performance.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, efficiency and cost.
