Healeys Cornish Cyder Farm is seeking a Packaging Shift Manager to lead the packaging shift on-site. You will ensure production targets are met and provide the team with the tools, training and guidance to succeed.

The role emphasises Health & Safety and adherence to packaging processes, with responsibilities spanning line start-ups, changeovers and collaboration with the Quality team to maintain high standards. 40 hours weekly, salary up to £38,000.

Formación

• Experience in packaging FMCG environment is preferred.
• On-site role, not hybrid.
• Health & safety awareness essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the packaging shift to meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with packaging processes and external accreditation.
• Provide guidance and training to the team.
• Act as liaison between packaging and production management.
• Oversee line start-ups, changeovers and bottling operations.
• Work with Quality to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
• Be willing to perform tasks outside role as needed by Directors.
