Job summary

Beavertown Brewery in Enfield is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to lead our packaging teams, drive performance and keep the beer flowing on our automated lines. You'll coach operators, manage shift operations, monitor KPIs and foster a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement, while ensuring packaging meets Beavertown's standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading packaging teams in a food/beverage environment.
• Proven ability to manage training, rotas and performance.
• Strong problem-solving and hands-on troubleshooting on production lines.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing, GMP, and quality standards.
• Willingness to work shift patterns and coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Packaging Operators to build a high-performing team.
• Own shift operations and ensure safe, efficient packaging to quality standards.
• Monitor production plans and KPIs, support changeovers and line set-up.
• Drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and problem solving.
• Maintain documentation and comply with food safety and ISO quality standards.
