Job summary

Healeys Cornish Cyder Farm in Cornwall invites applications for a Packaging Manager to lead our packaging team within the busy production operation. You will work closely with the Production Director to deliver the production plan, supervise Packaging Operatives, oversee line set-up and running, and ensure training aligns with skill requirements.

The role is on-site only, 40 hours per week, with a salary of £40,000–£45,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG packaging, particularly cider and wine.
• Seasonal demand/control experience in packaging environments.
• HACCP/Quality System experience and Health & Safety management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the production plan is met with proactive operational control and downtime prevention.
• Lead the packaging team, oversee line setup, operation, and training to meet standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives with the production management team.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and uphold company SOPs and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with Quality for product quality and HACCP adherence, and support KPI attainment.
