We’re a team of passionate cultivators, processors and professionals dedicated to excellence in every part of our operation—from seed to sale.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Packaging Technician to join our Post-Harvest team. This is an ideal position for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, genuine interest in the cannabis industry and post-harvest operations.

Job Description

As a Packaging Technician, you'll be responsible for preparing and packaging cannabis products with consistency, accuracy, and care. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where precision and quality are key. You’ll work in a clean-room environment alongside a team that values efficiency, respect, and pride in the final product.

Compensation: $18-$19/hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Weigh, label, and package cannabis flower and pre-rolls according to internal SOPs and state regulations.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate product counts and batch tracking logs.

  • Operate packaging machinery and tools as needed.

  • Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of packaging areas.

  • Perform quality control checks on products during and after packaging.

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to meet daily and weekly production targets.

  • Uphold company standards for compliance, safety, and product quality.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous cannabis industry experience preferred (packaging, trimming, or post-harvest roles a plus). Individuals with assembly line experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Must be +21, able to obtain required state cannabis employee ID at time of hire and submit personal information for background check and fingerprinting.

  • Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail, strong eye coordination and manual dexterity.

  • Ability to follow strict regulatory guidelines and SOPs.

  • Positive attitude, team-first mindset and a desire to grow within the industry.

Note: Work environment may include exposure to dust, fumes, odors, heights, heat, humidity and noise, uneven surfaces, stand/sit long periods of time, bending/stooping, or hard surfaces. There is also the requirement to wear PPE and work during inclement weather (we are an indoor facility).

As a diversely-owned business, we are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate in the recruitment, selection, or advancement of employees on the basis of race, sex, color, national origin, creed, age, religion, marital status, disability, political affiliation, or on any other basis prohibited by law.

We are dedicated to creating an equal opportunity workplace and encourage women, minorities, persons with disabilities, and individuals with past drug convictions to apply. Must be 21 or older.
