This role also owns the operational coordination of packaging localization and market-specific artwork adaptations, ensuring copy, regulatory requirements, translations and other market needs are accurately incorporated into the correct packaging versions and delivered on time.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized program manager with strong packaging and artwork experience who can bring structure to a high volume of concurrent requests, proactively manage priorities and dependencies, and keep teams aligned across multiple SKUs, markets and launch timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate packaging needs into clear creative briefs and actionable requests for the design team.
  • Manage the packaging design workload and project queue, balancing priorities, launch dates, designer capacity, dependencies, and urgent business needs.
  • Build and manage packaging project timelines, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, conflicting priorities, and potential delays.
  • Coordinate artwork reviews, feedback, revisions, approvals, and final file delivery across design, product, marketing, regulatory/legal, regional teams, factories, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Regulatory, Science and Legal partners to ensure packaging and labeling requirements are incorporated into artwork and required approvals are completed prior to release.
  • Ensure final packaging artwork is delivered accurately and on time, with appropriate approvals and version control.
  • Maintain organized packaging files, specifications, approval records, trackers, and other program documentation.
  • Drive improvements to packaging workflows, intake processes, prioritization, tracking, and communication to increase efficiency and scalability.

  • Coordinate with regional stakeholders, Regulatory, Legal, Product and factories to ensure market-specific packaging requirements are understood and delivered in line with launch and production timelines.
  • Manage external packaging artwork, translation and production partners where required, including briefing, timelines, deliverables, quality expectations and issue resolution.
  • Maintain and continuously improve packaging localization workflows, approved terminology, market requirements, version-control records and QA processes to ensure artwork is accurate, consistent and release-ready.
