Job summary

Therabody London is seeking a Packaging Program Manager to lead the global packaging artwork portfolio, coordinating with design, factories, vendors and regional teams.

You will own end-to-end localization, translate and review market-specific copy and regulatory content, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple SKUs and launches. The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive risk management, and ability to drive process improvements across packaging workflows.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in packaging program management.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent packaging projects and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with factories, packaging suppliers, or production partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day packaging artwork program management from brief to final release and handoff.
  • Serve as the operational liaison between internal teams, designers, factories, vendors, and production partners.
  • Coordinate packaging localization and market-specific artwork adaptations across global markets.
  • Translate packaging needs into clear briefs and actionable requests for design teams.
  • Maintain organized packaging files, specs, approvals, and trackers.
  • Drive improvements to workflows, prioritization, and communication to increase efficiency.
