Job summary

Grace & Stella, a fast-growing beauty brand, is seeking a Packaging Developer with NPD experience to own sets, kits and gifting from concept to implementation. You will lead packaging projects across a growing portfolio, coordinating with Commercial, Design and Regulatory, and working with partners in Asia to ensure launch readiness.

You will balance customer requirements, manufacturing constraints, quality standards and commercial performance while driving sustainability and ongoing process

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in NPD, product development, packaging development or sourcing.
• Technical knowledge of packaging materials, printing, finishes, specifications and processes.
• Exceptional project management and cross-functional coordination skills to run multiple live projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging projects from concept to launch against Brand and Commercial briefs, owning the critical path.
• Coordinate across Commercial, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Brand, Design and Regulatory with internal and external partners.
• Drive target costing, budget control and feasibility analyses for packaging projects.
• Source new packaging materials and design inspiration to keep the portfolio innovative.
• Act as the packaging technical reference point for trials and implementation.
• Support packaging sustainability initiatives, including recyclability improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and documentation.
