Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Technician - ISB in Beccles to support the Shift Supervisor with maintenance, machine setup and production activities in a safe, efficient manner. The role includes PPM/TPM tasks, fault finding and continuous improvement within a packaging manufacturing environment.

You will contribute to safety, quality, and environmental compliance while helping to reduce downtime and improve machine performance on a 12-hour rotating shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a technical/engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Experience fault finding, problem solving and maintaining equipment.
• Experience in a safety-conscious environment with documented procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the Shift Supervisor for maintenance, machine setup and production activities, safely and efficiently.
• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) as scheduled.
• Identify and report equipment faults, abnormalities, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in reducing machine downtime through effective troubleshooting and preventive action.
