Job summary

Responsibilities

• Carry out start-of-production instructions as laid out in IMS manual.
• Sort labels and packing specs for production.
• Control quality of all components produced.
• Carry out post-production quality checks as required.
• Perform 4-hourly checks on production machines.
• Carry out daily retention checks on flip-top components.
• Carry out component capacity checks as required.
• Check all colours against standards and file new colour standards.
• Ensure components are packaged, labelled and palletised per customer and company requirements.
• Liaise with shift supervisors on production problems.
