Job summary

PMS International in Basildon is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our busy studio. You will create packaging and brand visuals across a wide range of products, turning concepts into production-ready artwork with a strong commercial edge.

We value fresh ideas, a sharp eye for detail, and experience with packaging. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential, plus ability to manage multiple projects with autonomy.

Qualifications

Experienced designer with packaging experience.
Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong commercial awareness and ability to turn concepts into production-ready artwork.
Experience with licensed properties or recognized brands would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Create aspirational, innovative packaging across brands and product categories.
Develop original concepts and turn them into compelling visual stories.
Design graphics for packaging, print, digital, social media and advertising.
Take projects from concept through to production-ready artwork.
Collaborate with teams across the business to turn commercial ideas into great creative work.
Experiment with emerging technology, including AI-powered creativity and image-generation tools.
