Design Happy in London is seeking a Senior Packaging Designer with a strong background in packaging and POS to join our global creative team. You will lead projects, shape concepts, and deliver visually impactful packaging solutions for diverse clients.

With 5+ years in a similar role, you will mentor colleagues, manage multiple projects, and translate brand visions into compelling concepts while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of packaging design and POS.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with global clients and understanding of cultural differences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong typography and typesetting skills.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team.

Responsibilities
