We Help Recruit are recruiting a Business Development Manager for a leading global packaging business, covering the South West region. The role focuses on understanding client needs and delivering tailored packaging solutions, targeting both high-volume and bespoke opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have proven packaging sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and align products and services accordingly.
• Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs, actively seeking new sales opportunities through various channels.
• Ensure all client questions or concerns are addressed promptly.
• Negotiate and close deals and handle complaints or objections with a professional attitude reflecting quality.
• Collaborate with team members to improve results, gather feedback, and refine sales strategies.
• Attend meetings and events to network and promote the company's solutions.
• Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and provide regular sales reports to management.
