Job summary

Curve Group in Wednesbury is seeking a Packaging Artwork Coordinator to manage packaging artwork projects from brief to final approval, coordinating with Sales, Commercial, NPD, Technical, Marketing, customers and suppliers.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills and experience with packaging artwork, legislation, barcodes and print processes. SAP, Access and Excel knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in food manufacturing or food-related business.
• Experience packaging artwork and legislation.
• At least 1 year packaging experience with design houses, artwork, cutter guides and barcodes.

Responsibilities

• Manage packaging artwork projects from brief through final approval with Sales, Commercial, NPD, Technical, Marketing, customers and suppliers.
• Proof-read and approve packaging artwork for accuracy incl. ingredients, barcodes and colour management.
• Follow NPD and artwork processes; complete and maintain documentation on time.
• Provide project progress updates via meetings, Teams and email.
• Coordinate with printers to understand print processes and ensure best print outcome.
• Check samples against approved artwork for print quality and presentation.
