Job summary

Princes is seeking a Packaging Artwork Coordinator in Liverpool to manage artwork approvals for launches, redesigns and changes across multiple product categories. You will work with internal teams, suppliers and agencies to ensure compliance, timeliness and accuracy of packaging assets.

You will coordinate information flow, maintain digital asset systems and perform audits to identify improvements, while ensuring artwork aligns with deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a working knowledge of artwork development, print production and reprographics.
• Strong project management skills to plan, coordinate and deliver on time and budget.
• Experience with a Digital Asset Management system.
• Experience negotiating with internal/external stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Working knowledge of packaging materials.
• Proficient in SAP with PO creation, goods receipts and data maintenance.
• Good interpersonal skills for effective retailer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day packaging launches, re-designs and minor amendments and track launch progress.
• Work with Packaging Development to ensure new formats align with deadlines and branding.
• Manage information flow between stakeholders, retailers, printers and agencies to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure new/updated packaging components are available for launch or changeover dates.
• Set up and control digital artwork approval processes across assets.
• Engage with retailers' digital asset management systems for submission and approval.
• Conduct packaging audits at internal, third-party and key customer locations and report findings.
• Provide project updates and actions to stakeholders and wider business through meetings.
• Track APC spend and report to Marketing Managers as required.
• Coordinate pre-artwork meetings with retailers, agencies and printers to support delivery.
• Approve final artwork for new packaging and check print quality; request remedial action if needed.
• Maintain a digital asset library and reference samples across branded and own label products.
• Maintain accuracy of the Brandbank image library and associated data.
