Job summary

Princes Group in Liverpool is seeking a Packaging Artwork Coordinator to manage the approval of packaging artwork across Foods, Oils, Fish, Italian and Drinks categories. You will work with internal teams, suppliers and agencies to ensure compliance, accuracy and on-time delivery.

The role involves coordinating launches, redesigns and amendments, managing digital assets, and liaising with retailers. Hybrid working in Liverpool is available with opportunities to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of artwork development, print production and reprographics.
• Strong project management to deliver on time and within budget.
• Experience using a Digital Asset Management system.
• Experience negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day project co-ordination of packaging launches and amendments.
• Collaborate with Packaging Development to align formats with deadlines.
• Coordinate information flow between stakeholders, retailers and agencies.
• Ensure components are available for launch/changeover dates.
• Set up and manage digital asset management for artwork approvals.
• Interact with retailers’ DAM systems to submit/manage artwork.
• Conduct packaging audits and report progress to stakeholders.
• Provide project updates and action plans in meetings.
• Track APC spend and report to Marketing Managers.
• Coordinate pre-artwork meetings with customers and suppliers.
• Approve final artwork and check print quality; instruct remedial action if needed.
• Maintain digital asset library and print reference samples.
• Maintain Brandbank image library alignment with live SKU list.
