The leading food business is seeking a Packaging Artwork Coordinator to take ownership of artwork processes for a range of packaging used across Europe. Your creative skillset and collaborative mindset will be key to selecting and producing the best designs, then coordinating internal departments and external partners to deliver projects on time and in full.

With an extensive pipeline of products to be released in the next coming years, this is a key role to ensure specifications are met and designs are delivered with quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Own the artwork process for packaging across multiple brands and markets.
• Select and produce high‑quality designs in collaboration with internal design teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and update artwork specifications and documentation for production.
• Ensure all artwork meets regulatory, brand and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience managing packaging and artwork projects and delivery.
• Experience in artwork management, print production, graphic design, or packaging development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
